Can I really use PivotReset for free?
Yes. Life-event decision tools, in-depth guides, federal-data benchmarks, and Phase 1 of your Recovery Path are open to use. No credit card required. Creating an account unlocks unlimited assessments, progress tracking, and Phase 2.
What does Pro include that Open doesn't?
Pro unlocks Phase 3 of your Recovery Path (31 advanced steps), shareable badge cards, and priority support. AI coaching and PDF export are not currently available; they are listed here only when they ship.
Can I cancel Pro anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings or by emailing hello@pivotreset.com. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Your account features remain active after cancellation.
Is my data private?
Yes. We never sell your data. Recovery Scores and Path progress are stored in your private Firestore account. Community benchmarks use anonymized, aggregated data only. Read our Privacy Policy.
